onroi integrates with the tools your team already uses. Route conversations to Slack channels, receive Discord thread updates, or pipe Telegram messages directly to your workspace agents.

In workspace settings under integrations, you can connect Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, and Telegram. Each integration creates a bridge between your messaging platform and onroi: messages in a connected channel are forwarded to a workspace agent, and the agent's responses flow back. The setup takes minutes—authenticate, pick a channel, choose which agent handles incoming messages, and you are live. Teams use this to run support triage in Slack without leaving their existing workflow.
