Use Restrictions

When you use any of onroi's Services, you acknowledge that you may not:

• Collect or extract information and/or user data from accounts which do not belong to you.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, including but not limited to making false reports or impersonating another user.
• Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses or any type of malware, or information collection mechanisms including cookies or similar devices not sanctioned by onroi.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks connected to the Services.
• Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten others, or any of our employees engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.
• Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the AI capabilities to generate content that promotes violence, exploitation, or illegal activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying AI models accessed through the Services.
• Use automated means to consume credits or resources in a way that degrades the experience for other users.

In addition to the general restrictions above, the following restrictions apply specifically to the use of AI features within onroi:

• No illegal content generation. You may not use onroi's AI agents to generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to content that infringes intellectual property rights, facilitates fraud, or promotes illegal activities.
• No impersonation. You may not use AI-generated content to impersonate real individuals or create misleading synthetic media without clear disclosure.
• No automated abuse. You may not use the API, webhooks, or MCP integrations to create automated pipelines that generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content at scale.
• Respect rate limits. API and integration rate limits exist to ensure fair usage across all customers. Circumventing or attempting to bypass these limits is prohibited.

Violations can be reported by emailing [email protected] or through our contact page. Reports should include detailed information about the account, the content or behavior you are reporting, and how you found it, including URLs or screenshots.

We will not disclose your identity to anyone associated with the reported account. We take all reports seriously, investigate promptly, and will take appropriate action including account suspension or termination where warranted.
