Building a Knowledge Base Your AI Agents Actually Use

The Library in onroi is not a document dump. It is curated context that agents pull from during conversations. Here is how to structure it so your agents give accurate, workspace-specific answers.

Every onroi workspace has a Library where you can upload documents, add metadata descriptions, and organize entries into collections. When an agent has knowledge access enabled, it searches the Library for relevant context before answering. The key is quality over quantity: add your brand guidelines, product specs, internal processes, and FAQs rather than everything you have. Give each document a clear title and description so the search retrieves the right context. You can also scope knowledge to specific agents, so your engineering agent and your marketing agent pull from different sources.
