How a Product Team Uses Workspaces, Channels, and Collaborators

A five-person product team shares how they organize work inside onroi using workspace channels, conversation collaborators, and role-based permissions to keep everyone aligned without stepping on each other.

The team created channels for each workstream: design reviews, sprint planning, and customer research. Each channel scopes conversations so the right people find the right threads. When a conversation needs input from another team member, they add them as a collaborator with annotation and reaction permissions. Because onroi tracks activity at the workspace level, the team lead reviews the activity log weekly to spot bottlenecks. The biggest win was reducing Slack back-and-forth: instead of copying AI outputs into messages, they share a conversation link and discuss inline.
